My camera or microphone is not working
Start by making sure your browser is allowed to use both. The permission switch usually sits behind a small camera symbol next to the web address. A meeting app or anything else grabbing the webcam can block it too, so quit those and refresh.
For device-specific steps, including iPhone settings and virtual camera software, our camera and mic troubleshooting guide goes through each case.
Where do free matches come from?
New users start with some free matches. After that, the Reward Center at the top of the matching screen shows a countdown; when it ends, you can claim a reward, which may be free matches or coins. The next countdown starts from the moment you claim, so you can collect several times a day if you come back. The amounts can change, so the screen itself is the up-to-date source. The full explanation is on the free matches page.
What are coins used for?
Once your free matches are spent, coins cover further matches, private one-to-one calls with a person picked from the online list, gifts, and live rooms that are ticketed or limited to members. Nothing paid begins while you are short; a top-up prompt shows up first. Details are on the coins page.
How do live rooms work?
The Live tab inside the online list shows whoever is broadcasting at the moment. In a room you can type in the chat, with a translate button beside messages, send gifts, or swipe along to another room. A few rooms ask for a ticket or a follow first. You can also launch a one-to-one video call straight from a room. See who is live for more.
Can I choose which country I am matched with?
No. There is no country filter; matching is random. You can see each person's country, language and age once you are connected.
Is there an app?
OmeTVCam offers no apk and is not listed in any app store; it works inside your browser. On a phone, pick "Add to Home Screen" from the browser menu and you get an icon that launches the site full screen.
Do I need an account?
No. Guests can start straight away with a temporary identity. Signing in keeps your coins, follows and settings with you when you switch devices.
My account was restricted, or I have a payment problem
Write to [email protected] with your nickname, the approximate time and what you were in the middle of. For a payment issue, include the top-up date and amount. Every message is read by a real person. Our contact page lists what else helps.
