It covers every visitor and user of OmeTVCam, logged in or not. OmeTVCam runs independently, so this policy is about our site alone and makes no claim about how any other chat service treats your data.

OmeTVCam is an adults-only site. We never knowingly gather information from people under 18. If we find out that someone under 18 holds an account, we close it and delete the related data we have no legal duty to retain.

We group the information into a few plain categories.

• Technical data: your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, language setting and basic connection details. This is needed to connect calls and to keep the service working.
• Account data: the nickname, age, country, language and profile details you add, plus sign-in information if you log in. Guests get a temporary identity so the site works before registration.
• Activity on the site: things like follows, messages you send, your level, your Reward Center claims, your coin balance and how you use features such as matching and live rooms.
• Reports and moderation records: reports you make, reports made about your account, and the decisions taken on them.
• Payment records: coin and membership purchases go through a payment processor. We get back a confirmation plus limited details like the amount and date. Full card numbers are never kept on our side.
• Messages to support: anything you send to [email protected], including the details you choose to include.

• Running the service: matching you with other people, connecting video, voice and text, showing profile details, keeping your balance and settings.
• Keeping people safe: reviewing reports, detecting spam and fake cameras, enforcing our community guidelines and preventing banned accounts from returning.
• Handling payments and resolving billing questions.
• Answering you when you contact us.
• Understanding in general terms how the site is used so we can fix problems and improve it.

Cookies and browser storage let us keep your sign-in active, store settings like your language, hold a guest identity from one visit to the next and count basic usage. If you block them, some things, staying logged in for one, stop working as they should.

Your personal information is never sold. It is passed on only when running the site calls for it: to providers that host our infrastructure or take payments for us, and to authorities if the law demands it or someone is in serious danger.

Other users see what the site is designed to show them, such as your nickname, age, country, level and language during a match, and whatever you put on your profile.

We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for. Account data stays while your account exists. Some records, such as payment confirmations and moderation decisions on serious violations, may be kept longer where we have a legal or safety reason to do so. Technical logs are kept for shorter periods and then removed.

You can edit your profile details at any time from your account. To ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account and its associated information, email [email protected] from the account's contact address or include enough detail for us to confirm it is yours. We may keep limited records afterwards where the law requires it or where they are needed to stop a removed account from simply re-registering.
