You need to be 18 or over, and legally able to agree to these terms where you live. If either is not true for you, please stay off OmeTVCam. We may ask you to confirm your age, and accounts that look like they belong to minors can be removed.

Anything done through your account is on you, so keep your login details to yourself.

OmeTVCam is run on its own. We have no business tie, partnership or approval from ome.tv, or from any other chat app or site. The name describes a kind of random video chat, meeting one stranger at a time on camera, rather than another company.

On OmeTVCam you can be paired at random with people over video, voice or text, check the online list, follow people, exchange messages and drop into live rooms. We may add, change or retire features. We try to keep the site running, though outages can still happen.

• The site is free to start. New users receive some free matches, and the Reward Center offers further rewards on a countdown. The amounts, timings and types of reward can change at any time.
• Coins are site credits. You spend them on matches once the free ones are gone, on private one-to-one calls, on gifts and in certain live rooms. They are not money: you cannot cash them out, swap them for currency or move them anywhere beyond OmeTVCam.
• VIP is a membership that shows a badge and member pricing on top-ups. What it includes is shown on the membership page at the time you buy.
• Prices are displayed before you pay. If your balance is too low for something, you will be asked to top up; nothing paid starts without enough coins in your account.
• Outside payment companies handle the actual charge. Send any purchase question to [email protected]. Your statutory consumer rights still stand, and these terms do not take them away.

You agree to follow our community guidelines. In short: show a real face on camera in video mode, keep things non-explicit, never involve anyone under 18, do not harass, threaten or spam, and do not record or share other people without their consent.

You are responsible for what you say, show and send. You keep ownership of your content, but you give us permission to host and display it as needed to run the service, and to review it when handling reports.

We may warn, restrict or remove accounts that break these terms or the guidelines, or that put other people at risk. For the most serious violations, removal is immediate. If you think a decision was wrong, you can appeal once through the contact page.

You may leave OmeTVCam whenever you like, and an email to us is enough to have your account deleted.

Everyone you get matched with is a stranger, and their words and actions are outside our control. We moderate and respond to reports, yet we cannot watch every conversation as it happens, and we do not answer for how another user behaves. Think before you share anything.

You get the service in its current state. Within whatever limits the law sets, OmeTVCam carries no responsibility for indirect or consequential loss that comes from using the site. Where local law rules out this kind of limit, it applies only as far as that law lets it.

We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated version. How we handle your information is described in the privacy policy.
